Ningbo Jifeng Auto Parts Co., Ltd., NBJF for short, is headquartered in Ningbo, an important port city on the East China Sea, two and a half hours by car south of Shanghai.

Founded in 1996, NBJF currently employs over 2600 people at 8 locations in China, with production space totaling over 150,000 sqm. In 2015 the company had revenues of some € 155 million.

NBJF specializes in the development and manufacture of headrests, central armrests, door armrests, and related subcomponents such as headrest rods.

Along with two facilities in Ningbo, NBJF has production plants in Changchun, Shenyang, Wuhan, Chengdu, Liuzhou, and Guangzhou, as well as a supply warehouse in Toronto, Canada.

Christoph Seidel has held leadership positions in the automotive industry for 20 years, including major stints at development service provider voestalpine Matzner, complete vehicle developer Karmann and headrest specialist nectec.

Carsten Winkelbach, Technical Managing Director / CTO, also has 20 years of management experience in the automotive supply industry, most recently as head of the institute at TÜV Nord. He held other management positions at C. Rob Hammerstein, the headrest specialist nectec Automotive and Grammer AG.
